Long press on the card > ‘Delete’ or Select card > click Android menu button > ‘Delete’
This depends on how you want to share cards.
To share all of your cards we recommend that you simply share an account. Download Key Ring on both phones and log into the app using the same account information. All cards will be available on both devices.
To share only select cards choose a card > 'Share Card' > Enter the email address of the recipient.
Note to iPhone Users: If you do not see the share button your settings have likely changed and it's taking you straight to the barcode image screen. You can change the settings on your phone so you see the card information screen first. You do this by clicking on the settings icon on your phone. Scroll down until you see Key Ring listed. Click on that and then you will see the option to change the Default View to see the offers first or see the barcode first.
To change the logo, sign into your account online at http://keyringapp.com. Click on 'edit' next to the card you wish to change. Then select 'edit' under the logo of that card and upload a file of the logo. You will have a chance to crop your image after upload. Please upload only .png or .jpg files that are 100x100 pixels. Files size should be less than 1mb.
Transferring cards from one device to another is simple. All you need to do is ensure that you have a Key Ring account created. Install Key Ring on your new phone, sign into your account and all of your cards will be available to you instantly!
You sure can! Key Ring is the only app of this kind that allows you to seamlessly transfer your cards from one phone to the next. All you need to do is set up an account. Download Key Ring on all of the devices you use and log into your account.
Open the app on either the card list view or main springboard> click Android menu button> 'Settings' > ‘Default View’ > 'Card View'.
If you have an account: Select ‘sync’. If you don't have an account: Create an account > select ‘sync’. Wait a minute before accessing your cards. Depending on your data connection it can take a minute to download all the logos and barcodes.
There are two variables that will impact the barcode scanning success rate at the point of sale.
1. The type of scanner being used. Most handheld scanners work well, but flatbeds will not. 2. The type of phone screen. Not all phone screens are equal. For example, the same barcode may scan very easily from an iPhone screen, but may not scan from a Droid screen. It depends on the device.
Follow the scanning tips in the app. If your barcode won't scan, have cashier type in the number. It still beats carrying around all those cards!
Simply put, there is too much interference when scanning from the phone screen. Handheld, optical scanners work because you can direct the laser very precisely. With flatbeds you do not have that luxury. If we could make them work reliably, we would!
All devices: From the barcode screen, select ‘Won’t Scan’> show barcode ID to cashier > ask cashier to type in the number
On the Key Ring home screen, select Android menu button > 'Settings' > scroll down and uncheck 'Notifications'
Open card’s barcode view > click Android menu button > select 'Adjust Brightness' > make adjustment > ‘Save’
Please try opening the mapping application for your device. This should update your GPS Cache.

Most likely you originally installed Key Ring from the Amazon app store. Unfortunately, you can't download updates from one store to the next. You can either wait for the updated version of Key Ring to be available in the amazon app store or you can uninstall Key Ring and then re-install the Android market version.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have an account before you uninstall Key Ring! Having an account will allow you to restore your cards when you download the app again.
Key Ring needs to be stored on your phone for the widget to work. To check if you have the app stored on your phone and not your SD Card, click on the phones menu button, 'Settings' > 'Applications' > 'Manage Applications' > 'Key Ring'. Then you will see a tab that either says 'Move to SD Card' or 'Move to Phone'.
